So I was sitting in the waiting room at a certain tire store today, waiting for them to replace my winter tires with my all-weather tires for the summer (and then it snowed tonight, but that's another story), and two of the employees came into the room to hang some posters. I hear one of the guys say "How does this thing work?" Not a reassuring thing to hear from an employee at an establishment that is currently working on your car. Guess what he was talking about? A tape gun. The other guy desmonstrated to him how to pull the strip of tape out, and pointed out the sharp teeth which cut the tape. After a few awkward attempts, the tape gun newbie got it figured it out. Sort of.
So far my tires have all stayed attached to my car.
