Dolores Umbridge Sighting

I have met a woman who looks exactly like Dolores Umbridge. For those of you who are Harry Potter challenged, she's the evil teacher/government official in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. This woman I met has the same facial expressions one would expect from Dolores. She thinks very highly of her own opinions and bestows them upon others as though we should to. The only thing she is missing is she doesn't do the little throat clearing thing she does in the book. Also she doesn't have a pink bow in her hair. That I've seen yet.
