1. Put up those shelves you've been meaning to put up for the last 6 months.
2. Cook things. Like fancy omelets. This one is an egg, goat cheese, mushroom and avocado omelet with salt and pepper. It was quite good, but it was missing something. What was it missing, smarty pants cooking people?

Instead of adding the goat cheese into the omelette, I'd put it on the top after it's cooked. I feel that goat cheese loses a lot of its tang when it's cooked into meals. Also, it needs some additional seasonings. Perhaps some herbs de provence? Maybe if you'd sauteed the mushrooms before to give them some flavor before you cooked them? Mushrooms and avocados are kind of bland (in a delicious way) on their own.
